Our latest research looks at the asset management sector, and specifically portfolio managers, to better understand the barriers to progression for women and people of diverse backgrounds and offer a menu of ideas from asset management companies to tackle those barriers, in order to encourage a shift in thinking from lowest common denominator to best-in-class practices.
