Workshop series: The impact of the Covid crisis on D&I

The industry will need to take a close look at what and how it delivers value to broader stakeholders, including employees and the communities in which they operate, adding weight to the existing direction of travel of government, regulators and shareholders towards increasing their focus on ESG, including D&I.  

This four part virtual event series in April, May & June is an opportunity to talk to counterparts at firms across the industry about how the Covid crisis is impacting the D&I agenda, including how D&I is being incorporated into firms’ Covid emergency response, and the challenges and benefits of a mass transition to home working.

The discussions will include how the crisis could (and should) permanently shift the default on key barriers to diversity such as flexible working, presenteeism, how high-profile work is allocated and how we socialise with colleagues. All discussions will be incorporated into a New Financial forthcoming thought paper on what we have learned during the Covid-19 crisis.
