Launch of our Diversity Disclosure research

This research looks at what more than 300 organisations from across the industry currently disclose about different aspects of diversity, with particular reference to the requirements proposed by the UK regulators’ consultation paper. Our analysis covers diversity data, representation targets, DEI strategy, non-financial misconduct and acknowledgement of DEI as a risk.

At the launch event, we will present the key findings from our research and we will discuss what good quality disclosures look like.

We expect attendees to include financial services professionals from across HR, DEI, data leads, people managers, and those responsible/ accountable/ with a keen interest in DEI from business-facing roles.
