Q&A with the Solicitors Regulation Authority

The SRA introduced diversity data reporting for regulated firms in 2011. We will discuss how the reporting has evolved, how regulated firms have adapted, and the impact of the reporting on diversity in the legal sector, and what the financial services industry can learn from it.
