Repositioning of DEI and how it is described

The purpose of this discussion is to explore the different terms being introduced e.g., goals instead of targets, emphasis on inclusion rather than diversity, and for some a shift under the ESG umbrella – also, whether (and when) these changes might matter.

We are encouraging our member firms to come prepared with their views, challenges and insights on the topic. This informal discussion will be moderated under the Chatham House rule and chaired by Yasmine Chinwala, Partner at New Financial.
