Virtual post-election DEI catch-up
11 July 2024
Driving diversity
The DEI agenda has faced political and legal headwinds recently, and whichever party (or parties) form the next UK government will undoubtedly have a big impact on the direction of travel for DEI in financial services.
At this informal discussion, we are inviting a small number of New Financial members to share their views on what they think the election result will mean for their DEI agenda, and to hear from their peers. We plan to cover:
What overall tonal shift do you expect on DEI for the UK?
What does the election mean for the regulatory consultation paper and the Women in Finance Charter?
What does this mean for your organisation?
The discussion will be held under the Chatham House rule to allow for frank conversation, and we will invite all attendees to speak. We expect attendees to include DEI leads. As we want an interactive meeting, we are limiting the number of places and can only have one attendee per firm.
