DEI themes – What we expect in 2024

An informal discussion of the big DEI themes for the year ahead as well as issues that are lurking on the horizon.

The purpose of the discussion is to help DEI leads and those from across the business with an interest in or accountability for DEI to plan and prioritise.

About the speakers:
• Yasmine Chinwala is a Partner at New Financial, running the DEI research and events programme. New Financial’s research was cited multiple times in both the regulators’ discussion paper and consultation papers.
• Jennifer Barrow is a part time Senior Adviser to New Financial’s DEI programme. She runs her own consultancy practice and was previously head of corporate responsibility for the FCA.
