Discussion of the UK regulators’ diversity consultation paper

At this event, we will discuss next steps with the FCA and take questions from the audience to our guest speaker, Alicia Kedzierski, Head of department, ESG, at the Financial Conduct Authority.

In July 2021, the Financial Conduct Authority, Prudential Regulation Authority and the Bank of England jointly published a discussion paper on potential rules and guidance for all regulated firms on D&I issues, and how they could use their regulatory powers to act if firms fail to meet minimum expectations. The next stage is the long-awaited consultation paper, expected to be published in September.

We expect attendees to include DEI, HR, policy leads and those responsible/ accountable/ with a keen interest in DEI from business-facing roles.
