Meet the MP series: Gareth Davies on ‘The role of banking & finance in supporting a post-Covid recovery’

Gareth Davies is the MP for Grantham and Stamford and was recently appointed to the Finance Select Committee. He was first elected in 2019 and before his political career, he worked at Columbia Threadneedle Investments, most recently as global head of responsible investment. In Parliament, Gareth has been very involved in debates on the future of the City and been a keen advocate of a national development bank.

This event is part of a series of regular discussions with MPs and provides an opportunity for market participants to meet with MPs who have an interest in financial services, given their previous experience and/or current work in Parliament.
